This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Air Force contemplates the single award, five year ordering period, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed price contract, as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. This is a full and open competition requirement under NAICS code 325199 - All Other Basic Organic Chemical Manufacturing. Size Standard: 1250 employees. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Description: The United States Air Force, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), requires road brine deicer. The guaranteed minimum amount of this contract is 5,000 gallons with an anticipated maximum estimated quantity over the life of the contract (5 year ordering period) of 250,000 gallons.
