Any questions regardin this, please let me know (TSgt McKenzie) *// Break //* The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating an award for restroom repairs for facilities located on Joint Base Elemendorf Richardson (JBER), Anchorage, Alaska. The purpose of this project is to renovate existing restrooms in 3 facilities; buildings 15431, 15432, & 15380. The performance period is TBD. The Government is contemplating a total Small Business set-aside. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on the beta.sam.gov webiste. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eliglble for award. A pre-solicitation site visit is planned for the morning of Thursday, the 12th of November. All prospective offerors are encouraged, but not mandated, to attend the site visit to better grasp the requirements of this project. Please contact the provided POCs if you plan to attend the site visit. Post site visit, all questions will be due by Monday, the 16th of November and should be submitted to the listed POCs.
