This project will repair the hangar tail door to a working condition. Work associated with the project includes replacing tail door rails and door guides, replacing tail door pulley cables, and maintaining/replacing existing door equipment. Contractor to provide complete 100% design submittal, 100% specifications and 100% construction. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. Perform work as described in the contract drawings and Statement of Work (SOW). IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction PSC/FSC: Z2BZ Repair or Alteration of Other Airfield Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) on the SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on 30 August 2021. A site visit is scheudled for 17 August 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted.
