Painting the exterior requires the removal and disposal of Lead- Based Paint LBP from metal siding concrete surfaces concrete masonry unit (CMU) surfaces hollow metal man doors, Sectional Bay Doors, wood siding metal siding sheet metal trim at the roof line piping sheet metal vent hoods, louvers and wood trim. Dispose of all hazardous waste in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Surface preparation of all surfaces shall be in accordance with new coating(s) manufacturers guidance and industry standards of metal wood concrete and CMU surfaces. One primer coat and two final coats of paint shall be applied to exterior wall surfaces, exterior man doors and frames, overhead sectional doors, metal siding, sheet metal vent hoods, louvers, piping and sheet metal trim at the roof line. Colors are to be G 11 Rock Tan for the field and 1236 Sorrel Brown for the accent.
