Date: May 12, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for a Traffic Calming circle at Government Hill & Post Rd on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This is a traffic circle to help with the flow of traffic. Contractor to provide complete 100% design submittal, 100% specifications and 100% construction. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 NAICS: 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction) This anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M PSC/FSC: Z2LB Size Standard: $39.5M Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 28 June 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 28 July 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
