The United States Air Force contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Proposals for Deployable Debrief Facility. A (separate) WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
