Provide clarification to the Proposal Due Date. Proposal due date shall be 15 June 2021, No Later Than 12:30 PM AKST. B. Clarify Section C, (Page 9), Description of the Statement of Work (SOW) (Dated) 9 Feb 2021. Demo and dispose of existing Non-ACM flooring and cove base to include 800 square feet of Ceramic tile. Provide floor prep to a level to receive new commercial grade LVT flooring. Install new Commercial grade LVT and 6" cove base at approximately 149 Linear feet. Basis of design is Mohawk Hot & Heavy LVT and Roppe 700 series 6" Cove base located at building 8306 - JBER, AK in accordance with the SOW. All product and performance must meet the SOW and General Specifications outlined. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation to accomplish. The contractor shall be responsible for all listed/ located in the attached Attachment 1 SOW. C. This description can be found in the SOW PART I - (PAGE 3), PART I- PROJECT SPECIFIC GUIDANCE, 1.2.
