Building 18471 - 673 CES is requesting the demolition & repair of the HVAC system in the process room of Building 18471. Demolition work includes removal of existing Network 8000 system and controls, Air Handling Unit-1 (AHU-1), Fuel Vapor Sensors, 3-way control valve and tee. The work will include installation of a new AHU and new Automated Logic Controls (ALC) Direct Digital Controls (DDC) which shall be integrated into the existing system in the main boiler room and have zone thermostats, unit heater control, Fuel Vapor Sensors, and a new 3-way control valve and tee. This requirement includes the cleaning of ductwork. Prior to the closeout of the project, the contractor shall provide 40 hours of Operations and Maintenance training on all new equipment installed. Building 11575 - 673 CES is also requesting the replacement of the HVAC systems in the east side of building 11575. The replacement includes but is not limited to the demolition, disposal, and replacement of existing air handling units located in rooms 112, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120 (in Corridor 122), 121, Corridor 122, and 123. Site Visit A site visit for this project will be held on Wednsday, May 19th at 1000 AKST. The meeting location will be at bldg 11575. All contractors, including those that have access to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), wishing to participate in the site visit shall provide the following information for individuals attending the scheduled site visit to A1C Chaston Waller at chaston.waller@us.af.mil by COB Friday, may 14th prior to the site visit: Member: Name, Phone, Email, Drivers License with State and Date of Birth or Copy of Drivers License.
