This requirement is for the procurement to perform a disposal service of solid and processed regulated medical (RM) waste in the San-I-Pak container (dumpster) on a weekly or as needed basis. The contractor will follow all Federal, State and Municipal codes or laws for disposal at the local Anchorage landfill. The contractor must maintain all permits required to accept, transport, and handle the disposal of solid and RM waste, while ensuring that the proper equipment to hook to the dumpster is maintained.
