A small Q&A has also been uploaded. 30 March Update: The site visit will be conducted by SSgt Jared Terrill (jared.terrill@us.af.mil) instead of SSgt Tyler Norris. Please direct all questions/contact information to SSgt Terrill. The site visit has been moved from 2 April, 0900, to 5 April, 0900. This change overrides the site visit date stated in block 10 of the solicitation. Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) is requesting the demolition, removal and disposal of 3 separate three-story wood framed buildings (buildings 57, 1113, 1114) in accordance with the attached PWS, specifications, and drawings. The buildings are a wooden structure with a concrete basement and foundation. The Contractor will remove all portions of the buildings and not leave any structure in the ground. At the completion of the project the Contractor will leave a level area that is top soiled and seeded. The Contractor will water newly seeded area and maintain until the first cutting. Cutting will not occur until the grass is 6 inches in length. First cutting is the responsibility of the Contractor. The work areas are buildings 57, 1113, and 1114, including related items that may not be attached to the structure such as sewer lines back to the main, water service lines back to the mains, sidewalks, steam vaults, gas lines back to the main, electrical lines underground or overhead, landscaping, etc. A site visit for this project will be held on Monday, April 5th at 0900 AKST. The meeting location will be at bldgs. 1113 and 1114, at the corner of Tomahawk Ave and Airborne Drive (Fort Richardson). All contractors, including those that have access to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), wishing to participate in the site visit shall provide the following information for individuals attending the scheduled site visit to SSgt Tyler Norris at tyler.norris.1@us.af.mil NLT 24 hours prior to the site visit: Company Member: Name, Phone, Email, Drivers License with State and Date of Birth or Copy of Drivers License.
