Amendment 0006: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 08 October 2021 @ 1400 AKDT and add Attachment 17 - Peak Load Data. Amendment 0005: The purpose of this amendment is to add data to Section K to the solicitation (this was originaly absent) and to extend the proposal due date to 27 September 2021 @ 1400 AKDT to more accurately answer site visit questions. No other changes have been made. Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to distribute answers to questions from the second site visit, and release the sign-in sheet from the second site visit. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 8 September 2021 to 13 Septemeber 2021. The proposal due time of 1400 remains unchanged. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to release the answers to site visit questions, release the site visit sign-in sheet, release updated drawings and AutoCAD files, and schedule a second site visit for buildings 7181 and 7377 beginning at building 7181 for 26 August 2021 at 9:00 AM AKDT with questions due by 31 August 2021 at 2:00 PM with proposals due 8 September 2021 at 2:00 PM. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to change the proposal due date to 23 August 2021, 2:00 PM AKDT, and to change the question due date to 11 August 2021, 2:00 PM. The site visit is still going to be held on 6 August 2021, at 2:00 PM AKDT, bldg 6376, JBER AK. JBER has a requirement for the replacement of the existing building heating system with a new combination heating and cooling system and upgrading the existing ventilation system covering the entire facility. The end result desired is a facility adequately maintaining interior temperature for occupant comfort with independent control of their space temperature and a ventilation system compliant with current CDC requirements.
