There has been a change in the requirement missed during the original solicitation. The Government intends to issue a new solicitation. Please see attachment titled Solicitation Cancelled Amendment FA500021R00100001 Install ARMAG. Amendment 02 The purpose of Amendment 02 notice is to: Provide 3 questions/ requests for clarifications submitted but not delivered for Install ARMAG Project 8216137, located at building 21309, JBER-E, AK. a. It has been brought to our attention, three questions were submitted at the designated date and time specified in solicitation FA500021R0010. Due to an unforeseen computer glitch the questions were never delivered. b. The site visit was scheduled and held on 22 December 2020 at 10:00 AM Alaska Daylight Savings Time (AKST). c. Submission of Questions/ requests for clarifications for Answers were initially due on 28 December 2020 by 1:00 PM (AKST). d. The answers to the submitted questions/ requests for clarifications were scheduled to be posted on 29 December 2020 by 11:00 AM (AKST), but due to the number of questions/ requests for clarifications received for answers, it was determined that an Amendment would be appropriate. e. Proposals were initially due 4 January 2021 No Later Than (NLT) 1:00 PM (AKST). f. Amendment 01 was posted on 31 December 2020 to include a total of 17 attachments and extended the proposal due date to 6 January 2021 NLT 2:00 PM (AKST). g. Proposals will be due 6 January 2021 NLT 2:00 PM (AKST). h. If you have submitted proposals already and would like to make a change after reviewing the 3 questions provided below, please do so and resubmit your proposal by the due date 6 Januarry 2021 NLT 2:00 PM (AKDT). i. Tge contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials and transportation to accomplish the Install ARMAG for Bldg. 21309 JBER-E AK. All product and performance requirements must meet specifications outlined in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work, dated 30 Nov 2020 and industry standards. In accordance with FAR 36.204(c) Magnitude on Construction Projects, the price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit scheduled for 22 Dec 2020 at 10:00 AM AKST Deadline for submission of questions/inquiries regarding this solicitation is on 28 Dec 2020 No Later Than 1:00 PM AKST. Answers to submitted questions/inquires will be posted 29 Dec 2020 by 11:00 AM AKST and sent out as an amendment. No additional questions will be received after 28 Dec 2020.
