AMENDMENT 0004 (Posted 12 March 2021) Section L(D)(3) requiring joint venture agreement to be recieved and approved by the SBA prior to the proposal due date is no longer applicable and has been removed from Section L. AMENDMENT 0001 (Posted 18 February 2021) The proposal due date has been extended to 8 March 2021 and a new attachment answering questions has been added. Project Title: Paving Requirements Paving requirements include, but are not limited to, airfield pavements (runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield roads, hangar floors) and road pavements (roads, parking lots, driveways, bike paths, golf cart paths). The work includes, but is not limited to asphalt and concrete paving, crack sealing, joint sealing, spall repair, pothole repair, curb and gutter repair, sidewalk replacement, pavement marking, excavation, utility work, and landscaping. This project is an 8(a) competitive Indefinite Quantity limited to firms serviced by the SBA Alaska District Office or 8(a) firms with a bonafide place of business in the Alaska District office servicing area which are deemed eligible to submit offers. Joint Ventures are allowed to bid on this requirement. The SBA Requirement number is SY1559753094T. It has been determined that competition will not be restricted by stage (transitional or developmental) of 8(a) program participation. SBA 8(a) Business plan include NAICS Code 237310. The size standard is $36,500,000.00. A site visit for the Seed Project will be held at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER) on 05 February 2021 to start at 10:00 AM Alaska Time (AKT) at Building 5257. All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be borne by the offerors. Prospective offerors are urged to attend the site visit. If a contractor is unable to attend, there will be no future site visits scheduled. (See Attachment 9, Tab 3). All contractors, including those that have access to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), wishing to participate in the site visit shall provide the following information for individuals attending the scheduled site visit: **SAMPLE** Company Member: Name, Phone, Email, Driver's License with State and Date of Birth or Copy of Driver's License.
