This system is an epoxy painted steel booth that is sized for personnel to walk into maintaining a standing posture. When manually activated inside streamed air will blow from two sides and the ceiling with a force sufficient to remove dust and small particulates from personnel coveralls from head to toe. Attached are pictures of the space where the new Air Wash needs to be installed. Another picture is of an existing air shower. This is the same configuration that is currently required. The basic mandatory needed setup is as follows: 90 degree right hand exit Push button manual operating switch w/adjustable run time located in the interior of the booth Only one door (exit door) other side will mate up against the existing booth/plenum No automatic door interlocks as that is a normal function of these machines and is not required Adjustable directional air nozzles located on all sides of the interior booth to include overhead Adequate lighting inside booth during operation Removable/Disposable HEPA filters to filter air See attachments for more details.
