COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ‘COMBO’ Elmondorf Air Force Base Canine Obedience course (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA500021Q0101 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offerors for submission of quotes while 52.212-2 will provide the evaluation criteria. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is Price and Technical Capability. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government with respect to these two provisions. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical information such as product specifications as specified in FAR Provision 52.212-2. (iv) This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 713990 with a small business size standard of $8 million. (v) Vendors shall complete Attachment 1 (1449) in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required by this Combo. (vi) The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: Canine Obedience Course (vii) Options- N/A Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
