Amendment 003 - The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the date quotes are due to 12 July 2021 at 1500 AKDT Adjust contract start date to 1 Sep 2021 Edit Attachment 1 – Pricing Schedule to reflect adjusted contract start date Add Attachment 5 – Hoods and Ducts Diagrams Add Attachment 6 – Hoods and Ducts Q and A ********************************************************************************** Amendment 002 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date quotes are due to 30 June 2021 at 1500 AKDT. ********************************************************************************** Amendment 001 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct the Period of Performance in the "Performance" section of Page 2, reschedule the site visit date to 14 June 2021 at 0900 AKDT, and extend due date for questions to 16 June 2021 at 1500 AKDT. ********************************************************************************** Contractor shall furnish all personnel, management, supervision, transportation, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and certifications necessary for the repair, preventive maintenance, cleaning, inspecting, testing and certification of kitchen hoods and ducts exhaust systems on JBER, Alaska in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work must be performed IAW National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 96, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), national, state and local fire, safety, health, and electrical codes IAW the original manufacturer’s specifications. The government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services described herein. Such contract service providers must be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government.
