Quotes are due 26 April 2021 NLT 11:00 AM AKST. ________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this amendment is to: Re-Solicitation FA500021Q0039 Amendment 03 General overview of project Scope of Work (SOW) is for: Contractor to provide a proposal to Remove the existing wallpaper throughout the offices on the second floor of building 11550, patch and repair walls, and then repaint. This will also include the installation of 6-inch commercial rubber cove base after a concurrent contract installs carpet. All products/materials and performance requirements must meet all outlined and stated in the SOW and drawings. Note: Contractor responsible for everything listed/located in the attached SOW and drawings. The entire SOW shall be followed and included for this project. (A) Clarify the organized Site Visit scheduled for 19 Aug 2021 at 10:00 AM AKST for FXSB 21 1068 Repair Remove Wallpaper and Paint Offices Bldg. 11550 - JBER, AK. Participants are to meet inside the entry way on the first floor at Bldg. 11550 for the scheduled Site Visit No Later Than (NLT) 9:55 AM AKST. (B) FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. Advance notices and solicitations shall state the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range. In no event shall the statement of magnitude disclose the Government's estimate. Therefore, the estimated price should be described in terms of one of the following price ranges: (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000. 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) (FEB 1995) - ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
