The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, supplies, appliances and perform all work including work of an incidental nature for the Installation of Exhaust Fan for building 16710- JBER, AK. Special attention and detailing shall be paid to all Parts listed under the Table of Contents and located in the entire SOW. All shall be accomplished in accordance with Attachment 1 Revised SOW (Dated) January 20,2021. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects Advance notices and solicitations shall state the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range. In no event shall the statement of magnitude disclose the Government's estimate. Therefore, the estimated price should be described in terms of one of the following price ranges: (a) Less than $25,000.
