Government Pickup: Asphalt Emulsion and Pavement Seal Coat supplier shall be responsible for loading the Asphalt Emulsion Item 1, 2, 3 into government supplied asphalt distributor trucks. Items 4 will be either loaded into government supplied storage tank either in the concentrate or diluted ratio supplied by the government. The government will provide 24 hour notice prior to picking up Item 1, 2, 3, 4, Monday through Saturday. Supplier Delivery and Application: Asphalt Pavement Seal Coat supplier shall be responsible for delivery and application of Item 4 and 5 with traction sand. The government will provide 72 hours’ notice of delivery and application of Item 4 and 5 with traction sand. Traction sand will be provided by the government as we maintain approved sand for airfield use. The government will advise supplier of the dilution ratio and delivery will be paid for on a separate PO separate of this contract. Government Ordering (Call) Quantities: The government may order (call) a minimum amount of 1 ton up to the maximum of the delivery order of Item 1, 2, 3 and a minimum amount of 1 gallon up to the maximum of the delivery order of Item 4 and 5 based on agency maintenance requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. - 5 year Period of Performance (PoP), IDIQ with a maximum ordering amount of $249,000.
