Concessionaire shall pay the NAFI monthly, a minimum of 15% of the gross revenue generated during the month. Please find attached the Performance Work Statement (PWS) detailing the requirement. The solicitation, Solicitation - FA500021Q0015, attachment lists all the provisions/clauses for this NAF requirement. Please complete attachment 2, pricing schedule, and email Christopher.Nelson.70@us.af.mil by 25 July 1700 Alaska Standard Time. Provide a micro market consumer experience to the Elmendorf Fitness Center and its patrons. The solution shall allow shoppers to pick their items of choice at all hours of operation including afterhours unmanned fitness access. Stocked items will be approved by the Fitness Center Director and shall include a mix of perishable/shelf stable food, hot/cold beverages and small sundry items commonly sold at Fitness Centers. The concessionaire shall furnish all equipment including, but not limited to: self-contained kiosk, storage cabinets, counter tops, sinks including internal plumbing systems, internal electrical compatible with a 220v outlet and other commercial equipment as required, display menu, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, insurance, and other items and services necessary to provide the micro market service at the JBER-Elmendorf Fitness Center. Concessionaire shall pay the NAFI monthly, a minimum of 15% of the gross revenue generated during the month. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: Performance of a service shall be evaluated to determine whether or not it meets the performance requirements of this contract. Non-appropriated Funds (NAF) contracts are awarded to the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the NAFI. The concessionaire shall perform the services in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) for five (5) years. The Government has a unilateral right to exercise each option year based on the Concessionaire performance, government need, and market conditions. This quote is requested for a normal requirement. Submission of a quote does not obligate the government to make an award. If this requirement is to be awarded it will be awarded as a non-appropriated fund contract using NAICS 722310; All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (http://www.SAM.gov) database prior to any contract award. Register or renew registration with the Online Representations and Certifications Registration http://www.SAM.gov as soon as possible to expedite contract award. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax ID Number, Prompt Payment Terms, GSA/VA/Government Contract Number (if applicable), date offer expires, warranty, Line Item unit price, and delivery date of each line item.
