This announcement is for information planning purposes (Market Research) to determine potential sources to support Install ARMAG Project Number 8216137 in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work and the Capability Statement. This is not to be construced as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred or administrative costs to this sources sought. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought shall be voluntary. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. Reponses to this Sources Sought Notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise from a response to the notice. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the beta.SAM.gov website for additional information pertaining to this sources sought.
