The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials and transportation to accomplish this project IAW SOW and Specs. A site visit will be held at facility 17788, on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK on 03 June 2020 at 10:30 AM AKST.
