Construct and install, IAW the Attached SOW, one each log sign stanchion with a brown steel metal roof. The sign stanchion is to be constructed of pealed logs finished with log oil. The log sign struc... Construct and install, IAW the Attached SOW, one each log sign stanchion with a brown steel metal roof. The sign stanchion is to be constructed of pealed logs finished with log oil. The log sign structure to be fastened with painted black steel plates and hardware. The sign stanchion to be supported with steel plates bolted in the bottom of the signs legs with the plates extending from the logs legs and embedded in a concrete filled sono tubes. Prep stairs and flower beds to receive epoxy water proof coating. Remove roofing membrane from flower beds. Spray epoxy water proof coating on 3 stairways and 2 flower beds to create a water proof seal. Apply a nonslip material to top of water proofing coating on steps and landing. Prime and paint 5 handrails, cap block and vertical walls to match existing color. When project is completed, steps and flower beds will be waterproof and not allow water to leak in basement. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A site visit will be held on 8 September 2020 at 1400.
