Description of the Requirement- Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson is requesting the supply and installation of a new 5000 gallon double-walled fuel tank, electric pump and hose reel to enable defueling of jets enroute to maintenance. The tank shall be located west of building 8681 and south of the tow way leading to the facility. Please see the Statement of Work attached to the solicitation for more details on this project's requirements. Site Visit- A site visit for this requirement will be held on Friday, 07 August at 9:00 AM (AKDT). Any parties interested in attending the site visit shall meet SrA Tyler Norris at the Visitor Center (address below) on 07 August at 9:00 AM. Any parties that require a base pass shall contact SrA Tyler Norris via email or phone (478-832-8118) at least 1 day prior to the site visit. Base passes will be issued at the Visitor Center to any individual attending who does not currently have one. Once base passes are issued SrA Norris will lead personnel to the site for a visual inspection. Questions regarding the requirement, solicitation, or work being requested are encouraged.
