Preparations will include Hand scrape loose and flaking paint from approximately ninety percent (90%) of the painted exterior of building. The removal and disposal of lead based paint from exterior wood siding, wood window trim, wood door trim, exterior side of metal man doors, wood and sheet metal trim at roof line. 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects.
