This is a presoliciation synopsis for an upcoming solicitation. The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for the demolition of buildings 57, 1113, and 1114 in accordance with the PWS, specifications, and drawings. The buildings are a wooden structure with a concrete basement and foundation. The contractor will be responsible for removing all portions of the buildings and not leave any structure in the ground. At the completion of the project the contractor will leave a level area that is top soiled and seeded. The contractor must water newly seeded area and maintain until the first cutting (responsibility of the contractor). Cutting will not occur until the grass is 6 inches in length. The work areas are buildings 57, 1113, and 1114, including related items that may not be attached to the structure such as sewer lines back to the main, water service lines back to the mains, sidewalks, steam vaults, gas lines back to the main, electrical lines underground or overhead, landscaping, etc. IAW FAR 36.204(f), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
