Amendment 0001 - Mission Essential Contract Functions & Pre-proposal Conference Slideshow. Please acknowledge by email to POCs. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Grounds Maintenance, Snow Removal, Ice Control, Bird Air Strike Hazard, Drainage Ditches Maintenance are performed at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Areas maps and workloads depicting the service are provided as attachments to this solicitation. Pre-proposal Meeting and Site Visit will be held at JBER, AK on 12 March 2020 @ 8:00 AM Alaska Time. The Preproposal Conference will start promptly @ 8:00 AM. The Site Visit will commence immediately afterwards from 8:45 AM to 12:30 PM and will consist of a Bus Tour to the various critical sites/locations on both sides of JBER. Please plan accordingly to ride the bus. Questions will be entertained until 19 March 2020 @ 4:30 PM Alaska Time.
