Questions from the site visit due 21 Jul 2020 at 1400. The existing countertops at the Wilderness Inn, Building 647, including all serving line, salad bars, drinks and cashier’s island exhibits cracks, sharp edges and chipped that needs to be repaired to meet the safety requirement. Aside from countertops, the flooring in dish washing room by the dining area also exhibits cracks and chips that causes tripping hazard and not in accordance with 29CFR1910.22(a)(1). Additionally, the Wilderness Inn sustained minor damages from 2018 Earthquake that needs to be repaired.
