Proj... 673d CES is requesting damage repairs to building 3 sustained as a result of the earthquake affecting the Anchorage area on 30 November 2018 on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska. Project consist of repair/patching, and painting to match, various interior drywall (ceiling/wall) and exterior wall (CMU step and vertical) cracking related damage as designated on the attached drawings. Currently, there has been no asbestos containing material (ACM) or lead based paint (LBP) detected in areas of repair, however, the facility was constructed in the 1950's and it is likely that asbestos/lead is present in the interior walls and ceiling in areas of repair; ensure an asbestos/lead encapsulation paint is applied to these areas prior to repair. *** See Amendment 0001 for change in the Site Visit.**** *** See Amendment 0002, revised Statement of Work.
