The contractor may provide cable or satellite services and shall provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, tools, materials, supervision and any other items and/or services necessary to provide the cable and/or satellite television services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The following is a sources sought notification issued by the 673rd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The 673rd Air Base Wing and tenant organizations require basic television programming at various facilities on Base. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five year ordering period (PoP 1 October 2020 - 30 September 2025) will be awarded. Customers using the services offered under the contract shall make payments with their Government Purchase Cards on a specified date every month or less frequently based on the Contractor's preference. The Government cannot pay for services before they are rendered and thus cannot prepay for television service. The Government must track GPC expenditures and will maintain a tracking mechanism to ensure all customers have paid on time every month. The summary of the requirement is as follows: 1. Provide basic subscription television programming to several facilities on Base via 124 cable boxes or equivalent device. 2. Provide basic subsciption television programming to 37 mini heads embeded in fitness machines at the Elmendorf and Buckner fitness centers. 3. Provide basic subscription television programming to the Wilderness Inn and Iditarod dining facilities. 4. Provide HD/DVR boxes or equivalent. 5. Provide fiber optic television services to the Base hospital via 171 fiber drops. **see supporting material for additional details including a service breakdown per facility.
