FA5000-19-S-X025 PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson ABW, Alaska intends to orally solicit for a Type 2 Explosives Storage Magazine. Salient Characteristics for Type 2 Explosive Storage Magazine • Dimensions: 7'Lx7W'x7'H (Vendors may quote alternate dimensions if they are similar) • Must meet or exceed ATF and US Military specs • Have heavily reinforced floors • UL 752 level 5 & 8 • Must comply DoD 5100.76M • ATF specs listed in 27 CFR 555.208 • 1/4? steel exterior is commercially sandblasted and painted with a high solids • Interior is lined with kiln dried military grade hardwoods • Magazine constructed with double wall, welded construction with 3" airspace throughout. • High-security padlock/hasp • Freight to JBER, Alaska 99506 This purchase will be made as a 100% total amall business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code for this requirement is 337215 and the SBA Size Standard is 500 Employees. The anticipated award date is 27 September 2019.
