The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, warranties, tools, equipment, supervision and all other items as necessary to complete asbestos abatement services at bldg 10471 IAW the Performance Work Statement. The Government will award a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government. Price and technical factors will be considered. Please reference page 40 of the RFQ for further details. Site Visit will be conducted on Wednesday 04 September at 0900 at Bldg. 10471. Please respond to the POCs below, NLT 03 September at Noon, with the name and phone number of the contractor representative.
