Subject: Building 794 Bathroom Renovation **This is the official Pre?solicitation/Synopsis for the subject project. Place of Performance: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK The contractor shall provide all materials, vehicles, equipment, tools, supervision, and labor necessary to perform the work defined within this Statement of Work. The purpose of this project is to renovate the current single occupancy bathroom into two separate bathrooms at building 794. The work shall be performed in a manner that will maintain the appearance of the inside of the bathrooms and be ADA compliant. Please see current DRAFT SOW attached to this notice. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 36.204(d), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between between $250,000 and $500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) and is anticipated to be posted on or about August 18, 2023, on SAM.gov web page. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To be considered, responsive offerors must register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ before submitting an offer.
