Please be sure to arrive prior to 1:30 PM to ensure you are escorted to the facility at the designated time of the site visit. Please Note: No individual is able to attend the site visit, if that individual has travelled outside the State of Alaska within the last 14 days or if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
