Thank you. The 673d Medical Group Opthalmology Clinical Laboratory is requesting a service and maintenance agreement for Abbott IntraLase Femtosecond (FS) Laser (ECN:024344). The period of performance is a Base Year: 1 Sep 2021 to 31 Aug 2022 and two option year periods, Option Year One: 1 Sep 2022 to 31 Aug 2023 and Option Year Two: 1 Sep 2023 to 31 Aug 2024. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, test equipment, transportation, parts, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance and calibration (on-site) for the Abbott IntraLase Femtosecond (FS) Laser (ECN:024344). The service shall include any hardware or software updates, trouble shooting, re-programming and software documentation. The contractor shall ensure the equipment functions as designed by the manufacture with no degradation in system performance. Place of Performance: JBER, Alaska
