THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole-source procurement action to Unify Inc. for maintenance and service of an existing command and control communications system under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other necessary items and services necessary to accomplish the level of maintenance required. This maintenance contract will include the regular maintenance and repair of all CP/ALT CP, 3 MOC, and 3 MUNS equipment. The communications System must be operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Seimens HP4000 System Equipment Warranty/Maintenance The contractor’s primary technical services shall be performed by individuals who are trained, qualified and experienced in performing maintenance and repair of the CP/Alt CP,3 MOC, and 3 MUNS equipment, crisis management, dispatch consoles, and all associated Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications) telecommunications hardware and software that are installed throughout JBER.
