JBER, Alaska, seeks a yearly contract to provide long term furniture parts storage, delivery, and installation, as required for the 673d MDG to include all assigned outlying buildings. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and tools for the hospital furniture maintenance/installation, and service. The contractor shall maintain an electronic inventory of all existing spare furniture assets. They shall physically retrieve spare furniture assets that are stored within the 673d MDG facility, bldg. 5955, and transport off base for secure storage. The contractor will advise the gov’t on broken or worn out furniture assets that should be discarded before inclusion into the inventory. Contractor is not required, (nor authorized), to dispose of furniture parts. The electronic inventory should be available for government use via web access. The contractor will train designated gov’t employees on specifics of inventory software use. Please see attached combo synopsis/solicitation for full description of services required.
