***24 Sep 2020 Update*** A new amended solicitation has been posted. This document incorporates the changes made by the amendment that was previously posted. There are no new changes that were not disclosed in the previously amendment. This new document should be used to submit your pricing on the CLIN structure provided. Additionally, only 2 conference rooms will be allowed to be worked on at one time. This will be added to the PWS under a bilateral aggreement at the time of award. ***Amendment Update*** Please review all documents as there have been slight changes in some of them. As a reminder, all quotes must acknowledge the original solicitation and any amendments posted before the due date of quotes. This is a non-personnel services contract to remove and upgrade current VTC and presentation/display suite in Conference Rooms 122, 201, 302, and A2C2. This includes all audio, display, & display controller, VTC equipment with four option years for service and maintenance after the initial installation. ***Site Visit Information*** There will be a site visit held on Tuesday, 22 September 2020 at 0900. If you plan to attend, you must notify SrA Ross Bousema at ross.bousema@us.af.mil by 1200 on Monday, 21 September 2020 to ensure access to the building.
