JBER has a need for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Training for Trainers (T4T) contract services to ensure all personnel receive the same suicide intervention training. The contractor will provide to 24 students the LivingWorks Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). A five-day Training for Trainers (T4T) course conducted by Living Works Certified Training Coaches. The five-day T4T starts the process of becoming a Registered ASIST Trainer. This course provides candidates who have existing trainer experience with the knowledge to conduct the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) 2-day Workshop. It is important that candidate trainers have this previous trainer and group facilitation experience. The contractor shall provide all students who pass the course certifications by Living Works to teach the two-day ASIST Intervention program. These students will use the accompanying training material.
