Services include one cleaning on 5 May and 25 May, one cleaning per week in between those dates and restocking of restrooms. Solicitation includes floor plans of buildings, Performance Work Statement, Price schedule for vendors to fill out, a wage determination, a solicitation combo with further instructions, and site visit questions from 2017. The facility POC and a Base map will be provided to vendor upon award. The contingency dorms are located on the Fort Richardson portion of the Base.
