The 378th expeditionary contracting squadron (378 ECONS) is seeking information concerning the availability of sources to provide an EDOC System (Expeditionary Deployable Oxygen System). Please see the attached salient characteristics for further information. This sources sought is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this sources sought. The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this sources sought. Contact with Government personnel other than those specified in this sources sought by potential offeror or their employees regarding this project is prohibited. This sources sought notice is an announcement seeking market information on vendors capable of providing the supplies as described herein. 378 ECONS is currently conducting market research to locate vendors capable of offering the supplies with the features required. The information requested by this sources sought will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Information requested in this sources sought, specifically, is: To see if any other suppliers are capable of providing an EDOCS System. This system shall be in accordance with the highlighted items on the attached salient characteristic document. All questions regarding this sources sought that are necessary to provide information must be submitted NLT 1:00PM, 17 June 2024; (UTC +0300) Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
