This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA489725QC024, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05. Mountain Home AFB has a requirement for the contractor to provide training for the IN250 BICSI Installer 2 Course to 8 individuals in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement .
