Questions and answers - The purpose of this is to post questions and answers regarding the solicitation that had been recieved to date. This is a onetime service requirement for HVAC Ductwork cleaning. Please see attached documents for more information on the requirement. There will be a Site Visit conducted you may also see the attachments for more information on that. A Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be conducted on Thursday, 8 May at 1:00 PM. All Interested companies may have no more than two (2) personnel in attendance. All Individuals requiring Base access shall meet at the Visitor's Control Center at the main gate of Mountain Home AFB, ID, Not Later Than 12:30 PM Local Time to be issued a base pass. The Site Visit will take place promptly at 1:00 PM at Bldg 2700. Arrive at the gate No Later Than 12:30 PM. Be prepared to show your identification and other important documents (written down below). You will be sponsored on to the base for the amount of time needed to complete the site visit. Afterwards you will be escorted back to the gate when it is time to depart.
