This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA489724QC078, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06. This Solicitation is being reserved as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code is: 336212 - Truck Trailer manufacturing. The SBA Size Standard is: 1,000 Employees. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. THE DUE DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTE(S) IS: NOT LATER THAN 2 OCTOBER 2024 AT 2:00 PM (MST) LOCAL TIME. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
