The 366th Security Forces Squadron located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires a portable barrier system to be used for special events. IAW DoDI o-2000.16/V1-DAFI 31-145-0/Antiterrorism (AT) Program Implementation anti-vehicle barriers must be designed to comply with UFC 4-022-02, Selection and Application of Vehicle Barriers. IAW UFC 4-022-02/Selection and Application of Vehicle Barriers, only barriers on either the DoS list or DoD list are approved for use on DoD projects. Therefore, the portable barriers must be on the current DoD Anti-Ram Barrier List (attached).
