This acquisition will be conducted using policies and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government is requesting offers for: One (1) Education Services Advisor. Non-personal services in support of U.S. Air Force voluntary off-duty education program. The Contractor shall provide one (1) part-time (32 hours per week) Education Advisor at Mountain Home AFB, ID, in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Date of delivery: Not later than 60 days after receipt of the contract. One (1) Initial 12-month period of performance, 1,664 hours total. Four (4) Option 12-month periods of performance, 1664 hours each. Place of delivery: Base Education Center, Building 2428, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648. Refer to all attachments for more information.
