The Contractor shall provide all personnel, eqquipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Collection (hereafter referred to as Refuse/Waste Collection at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, management, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, materials, vehicles, transportation, shipping and delivery, and all other items and services necessary to perform document/paper, compact discs, and other materials containing Protected Health Information (PHI)/Personally Identifiable Information (PII) information shredding and recycling/disposal at MHAFB. All work shall be conducted IAW DoDM 6025.18 and HIPAA Security measures set forth in DoD 8580.02-R and other applicable safeguards and regulations concerning disposal of PHI/PII information. All work shall be accomplished IAW all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations, or in their absence, the estimated workloads in the attached PWS.
