The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and supervision necessary to accomplish Compunetix MVP Technical Support located in Building 179... The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and supervision necessary to accomplish Compunetix MVP Technical Support located in Building 1795 on Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho. The Contractor shall provide technical support via email, telephone, and hardware repair of the Compunetix Mission Voice Platform (MVP) system IAW the PWS, appropriate manufacturer's recommendations, and commercial practices. The Contractor shall provide technical support via email and telephone during weekday hours from 0800 to 1700 EST, not including federal recognized federal holidays, up to four (4) hours of telephone support per month. Telephone support more than four (4) hours per month shall be invoiced in 10 minute increments. The Contractor shall notify the Government prior to this condition going into effect. The Contractor shall provide all software upgrades as they become available and if, necessary, instructions for applying them.
