The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, management, transportation, and all other items and services necessary to provide one (1) part-time Protestant Musician for Mountain home Air Force Base (MHAFB). The musician shall serve as a resource person, advisor, and coordinators of the Protestant worship service music within the MHAFB community. The contractor consults, coordinates and is monitored by the Protestant Chaplain or designee for use at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS), all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations, and commercial practices.
