The Government reserves the right to cancel any resulting solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels any resulting solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The 366th Financial Acquisition Squadron (Contracting) intends to award a sole source purchase order to SMARTnet, Inc. Contractor shall furnish and install one SMARTnet, Inc. Common Access Card (CAC) reader for the controlled access to the Parent-Child Room located within the Fitness Center at Mountain Home Air Force Base. SMARTnet, Inc. equipment has been tested, certified, has received Authority to Operate on Air Force installations, and was installed in the Fitness Center at Mountain Home Air Force Base by SMARTnet, Inc. The magnitude of this project is estimated at less than $25,000. No written solicitation will be issued. If no responses are received before the closing of this source sought indicating authorization and capability to both furnish and install SMARTnet, Inc. equipment then the Government will proceed to issue a sole source purchase order to SMARTnet, Inc.
